Our experience with Ridgestone was the opposite. Ernesto was responsive, professional, and proactive. Pricing was a bit on the higher side, but when you see the difference in quality you get why. They did great work on our condo. We started with a bathroom and ended up doing the kitchen and flooring. I like that they worked with us and kept me up to date with what was going on.
