How do you Charge for Fees?
Upon Signing we ask for a Small Deposit to Secure the Project. Our Project Managers will provide a Detailed Payment Schedule, Outlining the Different Stages of Work to be Done. Payment will be Due at Commencement of each Stage.
Are you Insured?
Yes! We have a $5 Million Dollar General Liability insurance. We have WSIB and are Tarion Approved Custom Home Builders
