Who is eligible to participate?
Actively licensed real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, architects, engineers, interior designers, and suppliers in good standing with their regulatory bodies (e.g., RECO, FSRAO, OAA, P.ENG).
How and when do I get paid?
Referral fees start at $500 for projects valued between $20,000 and $24,999. For projects valued from $25,000 to $2 million, you earn 2% of the contract value (excluding taxes, permits, lot costs, change orders, allowances, pools/outdoor structures, and realtor commissions). Referral fees are paid in three stages: 25% at construction start, 25% at 50–60% completion, and the remaining balance upon project completion and final payment. The maximum payout is $40,000 per referral.
What is considered a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is a new client introduced to Ridgestone Homes before any contract is signed, for a project valued over $20,000. The referral must be submitted through the official Partner Portal or by contacting our Partnership Manager.
Do I need to disclose this referral to my client?
Yes. Licensed professionals must disclose any referral agreements to their clients as required under REBBA 2002 and other applicable regulations.
What if multiple professionals refer the same client?
The first qualified referral submitted (based on timestamp) is eligible for the referral fee.
How do you protect client privacy and data?
All personal information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. Referrals are only contacted with your consent and in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Eligibility: Open to actively licensed professionals including real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, architects, engineers, interior designers, and suppliers in good standing with their respective regulatory bodies.
2. Referral Fees & Payment Schedule:
- $500 flat fee for projects $20,000–$24,999.
- 2% of contract value (excluding taxes, permits, lot costs, change orders, allowances, pools/outdoor structures, realtor commissions) for projects $25,000–$2,000,000.
- Max referral payout is $40,000.
- Payments issued in 3 stages: 25% at construction start, 25% at 50–60% completion, balance upon project completion and final payment.
3. Qualified Referrals: Must be submitted prior to any client contract signing.
4. Referral Submission: Must be submitted through the official Partner Portal or by contacting our Partnership Manager. Confirmation will be provided upon submission.
5. Disclosure Requirements: All referral arrangements must be disclosed to clients in writing, as required under REBBA 2002 and other applicable regulations.
6. Multiple Referrals: The first valid referral received (by timestamp) will be credited.
7. Privacy & Consent: All client data is handled securely and in compliance with PIPEDA. Referrers must have client consent to share contact details.
8. Expiration: Referrals expire after 24 months if no contract is signed with the referred client.
9. Tax Documentation: Referrers are responsible for declaring earnings and must submit appropriate tax forms (e.g., T4A) before any payments are issued.
10. Program Changes: Ridgestone Homes may amend or cancel the program with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability: Ridgestone Homes’ liability is limited to the amount of the referral fee. No responsibility is assumed for indirect damages.
12. Governing Law: The program is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
